Congratulations to AISLING, april’s 1:1 online fitness member of the month!

Aisling—a busy professional and long-time 1:1 online fitness member—faced a major setback late last year after a freak skiing accident led to knee surgery.

Since then, she’s been fully committed to her recovery: prioritising rest when needed, following her physio plan, gradually rebuilding lower body strength, and staying consistent with her upper body training (with smart adjustments). She’s also kept her nutrition in check, especially her protein intake.

By April, she was already back to smashing it. Despite the injury, she’s continued showing up, doing her best, and staying focused—and “impressive” doesn’t quite do it justice.

We’ll keep taking things step by step, stay guided by the experts, and work toward getting her not just back to where she was—but beyond it.
